La Almunia del Valle, charming boutique hotel in Granada, has 2 dining areas for the exclusive use of its residents: one inside the building and another outdoors, in one of the hotel’s viewpoint terraces, open in spring and summer.
The breakfast combines an impressive buffet with table service. We offer daily a wide selection of fresh produce, mostly from our region and suppliers near the hotel.
All pastries and cooked dishes are homemade and our chefs offer every day an assortment of mini “tapas” and sweet and salty delicacies.
We also have options for persons with gluten and/or lactose intolerance, however we’d appreciate it very much if you could inform us before your arrival.
The dinner consists of an in-house menu, traditionally cooked with seasonal produce.
Our cuisine is a reminder of our family dishes that are made with love and time and no major pretensions, than serving good dishes, prepared with local produce, that give our guests an idea of our culinary traditions.
