Leaving summer behind, although it doesn´t look like it yet, from Almunia del Valle we invite you to discover the Autumn in Sierra Nevada. This beautiful season offers us many possibilities, full of light, colour, and flavour.

Starting with flavour, we want to introduce you to Jesús, our new cook.

Jesús has brought enthusiasm, innovation, and lots of love to our seasonal traditional dishes. Throughout the summer our guests have succumbed to their personal touch and this fall we are keeping enjoying the taste and the colourful of his dishes.

We are also, enjoying the colour of the wine in our glass by firelight. After the red sunsets at the valley and before dinner, we love a nice glass of wine by the fireplace in our cozy indoor lounge. Blessed autumn in Sierra Nevada.
